RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your purchase I will make it right.

Please look carefully at the description, measurements and pictures of the item(s). By sending you the product, I'm taking it out of my stock, so returns and exchanges are determined by the following qualifying guidelines:

1. Returns and exchanges are limited to a problem with construction of the item.
PLEASE NOTE: Buyers have 14 days to contact me about returning an item(s).
2. Item must be in its original condition and have not been used.
3. You must write to me about the problem within 14 days of receiving it.
4. Return shipping is your responsibility.
5. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

USPS First-Class, average transit time is 2-4 days for packages 14 oz. or less.

USPS Priority Mail, generally 1-3 days transit time in the United States.

Buyer is responsible for making sure that their shipping address is correct when checking out.
*Maliakei Bags is not responsible for lost or misdelivered mail.

A confirmation email is sent when an item has shipped. If a tracking code is available (dependent upon shipping type) that will be provided in the email as well.

In the rare event that your parcel or envelope is damaged, or is missing in shipping, you will need to fill out an official affidavit from the Post Office stating the item(s) was never received, before replacement or refund.

*International packages are not considered lost until the 30th day from shipping.

If your package Tracking shows "Delivered", although you have not received it, please contact your local postal office. Also check with other household members, neighbors, etc. In many cases, the package or envelope will turn up!

If all attempts fail to locate your package or envelope, please contact me. We will then need to file a claim, or 'theft report' with the USPS Postal Inspector which will require that you sign an affidavit regarding the missing package or envelope.

Once that is done, I will be glad to offer an exchange, replacement (if same materials are available), or full refund, including original shipping.

In addition, contact your credit card company to file a "Lost/Stolen" claim. This is part of the "Buyer Protection" that most credit cards offer.

I have no access to your payment account details as PayPal or Indiemade Payments processes your order, depending on the method you choose.
